Synonyms are words that mean the same or almost the same things as other words. Studies have shown that language learners have difficulties in understanding and using this language feature. Hence, it is crucial for for language teachers to incorporate the teaching of synonyms into our lessons, to help our students develop a more nuanced understanding of the English language, improve their reading and writing skills, and communicate more effectively in various situations. Therefore, this language game, "Synonym Bang" is created to help language learners improve their understanding of 150 common words and their synonyms in a fun way.
