The Cat Litter Scooper (CLS) is an innovative tool designed to simplify the manual cleaning of cat litter boxes, addressing common challenges faced by cat owners, particularly those with multiple cats. Key issues such as transporting waste, preventing litter spillage, and the time-consuming nature of the task were identified. In response, we developed a cost-effective and practical solution using readily available recycled materials. The CLS integrates a litter scooper with a detachable waste container, enabling efficient and hygienic cleaning. This design minimizes litter spillage and reduces cleaning time, providing an affordable alternative to expensive automatic litter boxes. The development process involved extensive planning, material selection, and step-by-step design improvements, resulting in a functional prototype. The Cat Litter Scooper offers a viable, user-friendly, environmentally friendly and commercially promising solution for the pet care market.
