One@JPG is a digital innovation developed using Google Sites as a centralized one-stop platform to streamline access to information and document management within the Department of Commerce. It integrates seven core pillars: Governance & Management, Teaching & Learning, Professional Development, Research & Innovation, Industry Collaboration & Employability, Facilities Management, and Student Development. This innovation was designed to address critical issues of fragmented, unstructured, and scattered document storage across multiple platforms, which previously hindered operational efficiency and slowed down daily workflows.

Through One@JPG, all official documents, teaching materials, innovation records, industry data, and administrative resources are systematically organized within a single, structured, and user-friendly digital ecosystem. This integration significantly enhances information accessibility, reduces dependency on multiple storage systems, and improves communication efficiency and overall departmental operations.

The development of One@JPG is guided by the ADDIE instructional design model, encompassing Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation phases to ensure alignment with user needs and organizational requirements. The platform also incorporates controlled access via institutional domain authentication to safeguard data confidentiality, integrity, and security.
