Our project, Healthy Cookies, addresses the growing concern of diabetes in Malaysia, particularly among children who consume excessive sugar. As the number of diabetes cases continues to rise annually, it is crucial to introduce healthier food alternatives from a young age. Our solution is a nutritious cookie made from ingredients such as ragi flour, cardamom, corn flour, baking soda, sugar, and yeast. Ragi flour, the key ingredient, is rich in fibre, calcium, and protein, and is known for its potential to prevent diabetes, support brain function, and enhance hair growth. The cookies are easy to prepare, affordable, and offer multiple health benefits, including strengthening the body, boosting immunity, and improving both physical and mental well-being. These cookies serve as a healthier snack option for children, promoting long-term health and helping reduce future health risks. We hope our project encourages better eating habits and contributes to a healthier generation.
