Many remote or rural areas lack proper infrastructure, such as roads or transportation networks, making it difficult for medical supplies to reach these regions in a timely manner. Autonomous drone-based delivery system is driven by the need to overcome logistical, geographical, and time-related challenges in delivering medical supplies to remote or disaster-affected areas, ultimately improving access to healthcare and saving lives. This innovation involve designing and building drones equipped with medical supply payloads, GPS navigation systems, and obstacle avoidance technology. The impacts are: drone can expedite delivery times, reduced reliance on human labor and traditional vehicles, can access hard-to-reach areas.
