S-MAP ("Sistem Mengurus Aktiviti Pelajar") is an application developed by a group of students from Sekolah Kebangsaan Taman Mutiara,Kulim, Kedah to make it easier for students to record curricular and co-curricular activities and also can reduce teachers' burden in monitoring the record. This system is easily accessible as it can be accessed via Android phones, iOS devices, and also web browsers. It makes it easy for students to record activities they have completed, upload certificates, and subsequently inform teachers about the records automatically. The parents also have access to view the summary of their children's activities that have been recorded by the application. There are three types of roles; "student role", "teacher role" and "parent role" where application's access differs according to the role. The main dashboard in the app gives an overall overview about the activities that the students have already done, including the charts of total activities involved. Meanwhile, teachers will have a special menu for user management and ‘check and approve’ students’ submissions. The development of this application was very easy and kid-friendly using Google AppSheet with the help of Gemini AI, allowing primary school students to easily develop it into a complete application without advanced programming knowledge. The use of Google Spreadsheet as a back-end database is very convenient for the admin or teachers to modify and use the recorded data. This application can be further developed in the future by integrating it with existing systems provided by the ministry so that it can be used by all students in Malaysia as the sign-in system in this app using the similar Google platform which all students and teachers in Malaysia are provided by the Ministry of Education Malaysia (MOE).
