Flash flood will occur during monsoon season, which is November until February. When it happens, will cause loss of important files and property to my school office without anyone being aware of it. Student workbooks and teacher files will also be damaged by the flood. My teachers hope that there would be a device that reminds them about the flash flood. Flash Guard Monitor is a device that function as community-based flood early warning system. The public just needs to join telegram group to receive the warning message. The public also can monitor the water level by using blnyk app. Flash Guard Autocut is an optional device. This device can help to turn off the main switch of an building block to prevent electric leakage due to the flash flood.
