Previously, residential college occupants had to report damages manually or physically. The Residence Hall Damage Complaint System (e-Aduan) allows them to make online complaints instead. It aims to simplify damage reporting for residents and improve complaint management for wardens. The system was developed using Sublime Text 3, MySQL PhpMyAdmin, HTML, PHP, and JavaScript. Feedback from 30 individuals supported the system's importance for Vocational College Kuala Selangor residents.
