ST1523: Boosting Vegetable Growth With Biofertilizers : Rice Washing Water And Maggot Extract (Hermetia Illucens) For Vegetable Cultivation

This research explores the potential of a mixture of rice washing water and maggot (Hermetia illucens) as an alternative organic fertilizer for vegetable plants. The main objective is to observe the benefits of this mixture on plant height, number of leaves, number of fruits, and fruit length within 57 days. Results showed that the mixture significantly affected growth, resulting in 50% higher plants, more leaves, and more fruit with a length increase of around 7 cm. In conclusion, this mixture is effective as an economical and eco-friendly alternative fertilizer, opening new opportunities in vegetable farming.
