Hostel Outing Management System
This project introduces the Hostel Outing Management System, a web-based application developed to digitalize and streamline the process of student outing requests in hostels. Traditional manual systems, which rely heavily on paper forms and verbal approvals, are inefficient, prone to miscommunication, and lack proper documentation. The Hostel Outing Management System provides a structured and secure platform where students can submit outing requests online; the wardens or hostel staff can approve or reject them with just a few clicks. The system automatically updates outing logs, notifies relevant authorities, and ensures traceability of student movements. Built using insert technologies, e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL. This system enhances safety, accountability, and operational efficiency within the hostel environment. By replacing outdated processes, HOMS not only improves record-keeping but also fosters better communication between students and hostel management
