This project tackles Responsible Consumption and Production by introducing "Write2Grow," a pencil made from recycled paper with a plant seed inside. Aimed at reducing paper waste at Labuan International Scheool, the pencil can be planted once too short to use, promoting sustainability. Research showed 58.8% of teachers and students regularly use paper, but nearly half discard it. Despite 90% acknowledging paper waste's environmental harm, repurposing remains low. Tested at LIS and presented to Jabatan Alam Sekitar, Labuan, feedback was positive. Future plans include scaling production and marketing. "Write2Grow" offers a practical, eco-friendly solution for schools to reduce paper waste.
