MEOR MIRZAESKANDAR BIN MOHAMAD SUBHI SMS TUANKU MUNAWIR
The Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) in NSW predicts that while 50% of waste could be recycled, only 10% is, due to poor sorting. This global issue persists despite educational campaigns and standardised labels. To tackle this, We've created a Smart Recycle Bin that listens to the sound of discarded items. Using an Audio Classifier ML Model, it distinguishes the collision sounds of different materials and sorts the waste into the correct compartments, ensuring more effective recycling.
