This innovative study explores the impact of the 3 Minutes Challenge (3MC) and Voki Apps on enhancing English language skills among ESL university students. By integrating these cutting-edge digital tools into English language teaching, the research aims to boost students' confidence and presentation abilities. The study involved 100 undergraduate students from public universities in Malaysia, divided into experimental (n=50) and control (n=50) groups. Utilizing a quantitative research method, data were collected through questionnaires and pre- and post-experimental tests. The findings reveal that the 3MC and Voki Apps significantly improve students' English proficiency, reduce communication apprehension, and enhance pronunciation and fluency. These results highlight the transformative potential of incorporating innovative technology in ESL education, promoting greater creativity and engagement among both educators and learners. This study underscores the importance of equipping students with essential 21st-century skills, thereby advancing the effectiveness of ESL teaching and learning through innovative approaches.
