This study explores the critical role of technology in supporting entrepreneurship, particularly for disabled individuals facing unique challenges. While entrepreneurship is increasingly attractive for people with disabilities due to limited job options, current technology often falls short, hindering their competitiveness. Compared to non-disabled individuals, people with disabilities have lower labor market participation rates, constraining their employment opportunities. This research aims to address these challenges by developing a Smart 3-Wheel Bike (S3WB) to enhance the capabilities of disabled entrepreneurs, facilitating the organization and operation of their businesses. This study attempts to overcome these obstacles by creating a Smart 3-Wheel Bike (S3WB) that will improve the capacities of impaired entrepreneurs and make it easier to organize and operate their business. The study follows a four-phase methodology: analysis, design and development, and implementation and evaluation. Two case studies examining the prototype's needs and acceptance reveal that elements such as performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, and behavioural intention have a direct impact on disabled entrepreneurs' use of the S3WB. These findings emphasize the S3WB's ability to address the demands of disabled entrepreneurs, as well as its acceptance by persons with impairments in their entrepreneurial pursuits.
