The MoF Learning Base System is a centralized web-based repository specifically developed for the Information Technology Division (BTM) at the Ministry of Finance Malaysia. The primary objective of this system is to address the fragmentation of technical knowledge and training resources within the organization. Built using the Laravel framework, the platform serves as a structured digital library that hosts workshop recordings, system documentation, database schemas, and reusable code snippets.

By implementing a role-based access control (RBAC) mechanism, the system ensures secure and efficient knowledge sharing among IT staff and administrators. Key features include an automated audit trail for activity monitoring and a streamlined categorization of technical assets. Ultimately, the MoF Learning Base System enhances operational efficiency by reducing information retrieval time and fostering a continuous learning culture, ensuring that critical technical expertise is preserved and easily accessible for future system development and maintenance.
