The AEROX System (Aircraft Engineering Records and Operations X-change) is a web-based centralized digital repository proposed for Asia Digital Engineering (ADE) to address inefficiencies in aircraft technical records management. Currently, documents are scattered across multiple platforms, work package generation from large master lists (300+ items) requires 60–120 minutes manually, and document retrieval takes up to 45 minutes. AEROX provides automated work package generation, role-based access control for six user roles, full audit logging, and rapid document retrieval. The system aims to reduce work package creation time to under 10 minutes and document retrieval to under 2 minutes, improving operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
