NADI is a task performance dashboard developed to centralize and streamline departmental data management within the digital department. The project addresses the issue of scattered information caused by the use of multiple disconnected tools that reduce efficiency and visibility of task progress. NADI provides an integrated dashboard that combines updates and performance tracking from all departments into a single platform for easier monitoring and decision making. The system is designed for Group Chief Digital Officers, Heads of Department, and staff to improve coordination, transparency, and productivity. Additional features include department specific dashboards and real time progress completion tracking to support more organized digital operations.
