Students often face challenges such as sleepiness, fatigue, and loss of focus, especially during long study hours or exam preparation. These problems can negatively affect academic performance and overall well-being. To address this issue, a product called Fresh-O (Refreshing Gel) was developed. Fresh-O is an aromatic gel designed to refresh the mind, improve concentration, and reduce drowsiness in a natural way. Portable and safe to use, it provides an innovative solution for students who need an instant boost of alertness. This project also supports Sustainable Development Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being) by promoting healthier lifestyles and mental wellness.
