The Adventure Habit Tracker is a play-based innovation designed to help preschool children aged 3 to 6 develop healthy daily habits. Early childhood is a critical period for habit formation, yet many young children struggle with routines such as hand-washing, brushing teeth, drinking water, reading, and tidying up. This often leads to repeated reminders and stress for parents. The Adventure Habit Tracker addresses this challenge through a visual, game-like board that transforms daily tasks into an engaging adventure. Children move along a structured path by completing routines and receive small rewards, reinforcing positive behavior through repetition and motivation. Research in early childhood hygiene and health education supports the effectiveness of visual tools, structured routines, and play-based learning. Initial home testing, including with a child with special needs, showed improved engagement and independence. The innovation also integrates AI support through a mobile app that provides gentle reminders, progress tracking, and adaptive feedback. This solution promotes healthy habits, self-discipline, and early childhood development while supporting parental involvement.
