We investigated common problems faced by boarding school students. Our findings indicate that many students struggle with keeping their lockers free from unwanted odors and finding time to clean their dirty dishes, water bottles, and cutlery. Addressing both of these issues with a single product could significantly enhance convenience for students, including those in boarding schools and universities. To conduct this investigation, we distributed a survey to identify the daily challenges students face. We also gathered their recommended solutions to ensure we develop a product that meets their needs. Many respondents suggested creating a 2-in-1 product that addresses both problems simultaneously. In conclusion, Pearl Diver should develop a product that effectively tackles both the time constraint in washing dishes and the issue of locker odor in one solution, thereby providing greater convenience for users.
