The IoT-Based Smart Car Lifting System is an innovative project designed to enhance the safety, convenience, and efficiency of car maintenance tasks such as tire replacement or underbody inspection. Traditional manual car jacks require significant physical effort and carry risks, particularly for the elderly or physically challenged individuals. In emergency situations, improper use of manual jacks may lead to injury or equipment failure. To address these issues, our system integrates Internet of Things (IoT) technology with mechanical components to create a smart and automated lifting solution.
The system consists of an ESP32 microcontroller, DC motor, 5V relay module, 12V battery, and a trolley-based frame, making it portable and easy to position under a car. The Blynk mobile application enables users to wirelessly control the lifting process through their smartphones. Once a command is sent, the ESP32 activates the relay, powering the motor to lift or lower the vehicle.
This design eliminates the need for manual effort, improves safety, and works even in remote locations without electricity. Future upgrades may include features like weight sensors, height indicators, or voice command integration. Overall, this smart system offers a reliable and user-friendly alternative to traditional car jacks.
