MARIANA BINTI ROSDI POLITEKNIK SULTAN SALAHUDDIN ABDUL AZIZ SHAH

This project introduces a real-time stress detection device designed to monitor and classify stress levels using physiological sensors. The device evaluates key indicators, such as heart rate and skin conductivity, to categorize stress into three levels: normal, stressed, and dangerously stressed. The results are visually communicated through LED indicators and simultaneously integrated with the Blynk app, allowing users to conveniently track their stress levels via a smartphone. Dual feedback system, combining LED signals for immediate awareness and app-based monitoring for detailed insights, provides an accessible and effective way to manage stress. This innovation eliminates the need for complex or expensive medical equipment, making it suitable for everyday use. The device is designed with simplicity, affordability, and energy efficiency in mind, ensuring practicality for a wide range of users. Beyond individual stress management, this device aims to raise awareness of the serious health risks associated with unmanaged stress, including cardiovascular diseases, anxiety, and reduced productivity. By offering continuous and easy-to-access stress monitoring, the project supports proactive health management and encourages users to adopt healthier lifestyles. The potential applications extend to workplaces, educational institutions, and home environments, making it a versatile tool for promoting mental well-being. This project emphasizes the importance of integrating technology into health monitoring, providing an innovative, user-friendly solution to address the growing challenge of stress in modern life.
