Abstract
This project proposes an innovative AI-driven mental health platform aimed at addressing the alarming rise in suicide rates in Malaysia. Our solution is a fully customizable, 24/7 accessible AI therapist designed to provide low-cost, stigma-free emotional support, especially for individuals unable to afford traditional therapy. The AI offers chat-based interaction, mood-adaptive responses, immersive environments and memory tracking for personalized experiences.
Users can customize avatars, settings and even access silent mode or live therapist support when needed. To encourage consistent engagement, the platform offers mental health check-ins and rewards like food vouchers. Available via desktop, the service operates on a tiered subscription model, standard for basic support and premium for enhanced features. With its user-centric design and affordability, this platform has the potential to normalize mental health care, reduce emotional distress and make therapy more engaging, private and accessible to all Malaysians in need.
