This study describes the formulation and development of Pulchramella hydrogel, an innovative therapeutic solution containing bioactive extracts from Kaempferia pulchra and Acmella paniculata. The target phytochemicals were successfully separated using environmentally friendly Deep Eutectic Solvents (DES) and Ultrasound-Assisted Extraction (UAE) to maximize therapeutic efficacy. This hydrogel was designed for razor burn, severe irritation and infection risk. Evaluation studies revealed that the contained antioxidants were highly biocompatible and stable. Furthermore, the hydrogel had strong antibacterial properties against crucial skin infections. These findings suggest that Pulchramella hydrogel is a highly effective, eco-friendly biomaterial for enhanced wound healing and dermatological uses.
