AIRCRAFT ENGINE COMPRESSOR LEARNING KIT (AECLK) addresses the challenge of limited practical exposure in understanding axial flow aircraft engine compressors among students. To bridge this gap, a modular educational kit was developed to visually simulate airflow using mist within a transparent acrylic cylinder. Designed through CAD software and fabricated with PETG filament, the system integrates a high-speed DC motor, speed controller, and atomizer. Methodology included design, 3D printing, mechanical assembly, and classroom testing. Results showed the kit effectively enhanced student comprehension through real-time visualization and interactive learning, offering a safe, cost-efficient, and portable alternative to real engines for technical education.
