Algae are promising biological agents for low-carbon absorption due to their high photosynthetic efficiencynand rapid growth rate.Through photosynthesis, algae capture carbon dioxide (co2) from the atmosphere or industrial emissions and convert it into biomass, reducing greenhouse gas concentrations.Compared to terrestial plants, algae can absorb carbon more effeciently per unit area and can be cultivated in controlled environments such as photobioreactors or open ponds. In addition to carbon capture, algae biomasscan be processed into biofuels, animal feed, fertilizers, and other valuable products.Therefore,algae-based carbon absorption systems offer a sustainable and environmentally friendly approach to mitigating climate change impacts.
