The management of tablet storage at MRSM faces several critical challenges, including the inability of teachers to monitor students who fail to place their tablets in the designated storage, lack of a charging system to ensure tablets are ready for use the next day, and the absence of a usage history record in case of theft. Additionally, the enclosed storage space without proper ventilation increases the risk of overheating and fire, especially when tablets are stored in operational or sleep mode. This project introduces the Smart Tablet Charging Cabinet, a smart storage system designed to address these issues. The system features automatic charging, real-time monitoring of tablet status, and usage history tracking to assist teachers in identifying students who do not comply with storage rules. The cabinet design also incorporates adequate ventilation to reduce the risk of overheating and potential fire hazards. Implementation of the Smart Tablet Charging Cabinet significantly enhances the safety, efficiency, and readiness of tablet usage at MRSM.
