This project presents the design and implementation of an IoT-based blood pressure monitoring system aimed at enabling continuous, real-time cardiovascular health tracking and remote clinical oversight. The system integrates a blood pressure sensor with an Arduino microcontroller and an ESP8266 Wi-Fi module to acquire, process, and transmit physiological data wirelessly to a cloud platform. The cloud infrastructure facilitates data storage, visualization, and remote access by both patients and healthcare providers. Real-time alerts and data analytics enhance early detection of hypertension-related anomalies, improving the timeliness of medical intervention. System validation demonstrates reliable performance in terms of measurement accuracy, transmission stability, and usability. By combining low-cost hardware and accessible software solutions, the proposed system enhances telemedicine capabilities and empowers users with self-monitoring tools, while laying the groundwork for future integration with predictive analytics and electronic health records (EHRs).
