The system reduces counsellors’ administrative workload, enhances communication, and protects sensitive data with encryption and role-based access. Designed using Agile methodology, MyCounsel is scalable and user-friendly, addressing the real needs of counsellors and students. It helps ensure timely support for student wellbeing while improving the overall efficiency of counselling operations within institutions.
