Eco enzyme is an organic solution made from fruit peels, brown sugar, and water through a natural fermentation process. This study explores the production and benefits of eco enzyme, highlighting its role in environmental sustainability. The methodology involves a three-month fermentation process, after which the enzyme is used as a natural cleaner, air purifier, fertilizer, and wastewater treatment solution. Findings show that eco enzyme effectively reduces chemical pollution, promotes waste recycling, and serves as a cost-effective alternative to commercial products. The project concludes that eco enzyme is a sustainable and eco-friendly innovation. It is recommended that more communities adopt eco enzyme production to minimize waste and protect the environment. Further research is encouraged to explore its industrial applications.
