This project presents a Smart Energy Saving Street Light system designed to optimize energy usage in urban and rural areas. The system utilizes motion sensors and IR sensors to automatically adjust the brightness of street lights based on pedestrian or vehicle movement When no movement is detected, the lights turn off to conserve energy, and turn onupon detecting activity. Additionally, the system integrates a microcontroller for real-time processing and can be powered by renewable energy sources such as solar panels, enhancing sustainability. This innovation not only reduces electricity consumption and operational costs but also supports environmental conservation efforts.
