Grind the dried shells into a fine powder using a blender. 3. Sift the shell powder through a 200-300 micron sieve to ensure a consistent texture. 4. Dissolve starch in hot water to form a thick paste. 5. Mix the shell powder, wheat or rice flour, and starch paste in a 1:1:2 ratio. 6. Add a teaspoon of white vinegar and a few drops of vegetable oil to enhance the mixture. 7. Combine thoroughly to form a thick dough. 8. Press the mixture into molds and allow it to solidify. 9. Dry the moulded bio-composite at room temperature for 24-48 hours or in an oven at 50-70°C for 3-5 hours. 10. Remove the dried bio-composite from the moulds, and ShellBio is ready to use.
