DINO-DIGI: Digital Dino Game for Early Literacy Learning is an interactive, gamified learning tool developed using Scratch.com to support preschoolers in building foundational literacy skills. Designed by an 11-year-old student innovator, this game engages young learners through playful characters and progressive challenges that focus on syllable recognition, picture-word association, and basic spelling. The game features three dinosaur guides namely Tyrant, Stretch, and Topsy who guide players through activities aligned with early learning goals. Addressing the lack of curriculum-aligned, gamified educational apps in Malaysia DINO-DIGI promotes active, child-centered learning in both classroom and home settings. With its cheerful design, adaptability, and potential for expansion, the project holds promise for wider use as a mobile app, teaching aid, or home-learning resource.
