FlavorMind AI: Emotion-to-Flavour Simulation System is an AI-powered digital taste translator that converts human emotions and sensory preferences into scientific food and beverage formulas. Current food development processes often rely on expensive trial-and-error experimentation, while consumers struggle to describe their taste preferences accurately using emotional expressions such as “comforting” or “refreshing.” In addition, modern consumers increasingly demand personalized food experiences.
To solve these problems, FlavorMind AI integrates artificial intelligence with bio-sensory scanning technology to analyze taste sensitivity, sweetness tolerance, aroma perception, and emotional conditions. Users can describe their desired taste experience while the AI system generates customized ingredient formulas, flavor ratios, nutritional estimations, and predictive taste simulations before actual production. Furthermore, the system includes a 3D flavour visualization feature that predicts consumer satisfaction, helping reduce research costs, minimize ingredient waste, and support the future of smart personalized food technology.
