This innovation develops an immersive VR training simulation to improve students' understanding of financial documents, workflows, confidence, and decision-making skills. Using tools like VR Builder (Unity), Storyboard VR, and A-Frame, a budget-friendly prototype can be created with minimal technical barriers. Quantitative data will assess students' understanding, confidence, and satisfaction post-use.
