ImmerseIndustry VR enhances experiential learning by simulating real industrial environments for accounting students. Traditional methods like slides and paper-based learning fail to reflect real work settings, limiting engagement and confidence, leading to a gap between education and workplace demands. This innovation develops an immersive VR training simulation to improve students' understanding of financial documents, workflows, confidence, and decision-making skills. Using tools like VR Builder (Unity), Storyboard VR, and A-Frame, a budget-friendly prototype can be created with minimal technical barriers. Quantitative data will assess students' understanding, confidence, and satisfaction post-use. In conclusion, VR offers a transformative, cost-effective solution to bridge theory and practice, preparing students for the workforce.
