This study proposes the development of a web-based Asset Management System integrated with a Complaint Reporting module to address inefficiencies in traditional asset management practices. Existing methods often rely on manual processes, leading to data inaccuracies, poor tracking, and delayed issue resolution. The proposed system enables users to manage assets while submitting and tracking complaints within a unified platform. Key features include role-based access control, photo evidence attachment, real-time status updates, and audit trails. Developed using PHP and MySQL with Agile methodology, the system aims to improve data accuracy, accountability, and operational efficiency in managing organizational assets.
