This project focuses on the development of the Support Ticketing System (STS), a web-based platform designed to modernize internal communication at Syarikat Muda Osman Sdn Bhd (SMO). The system aims to replace inefficient manual methods, such as phone calls and verbal requests, with a centralized Staff Control Panel built using the Laravel framework. By implementing an Agile methodology, the project ensures that features like automated ticket categorization and real-time status tracking meet the specific needs of the staff. Ultimately, this system establishes a transparent digital hub that enhances accountability and ensures technical support is delivered efficiently within the organization.
