The Shuttlecock Collector is designed to assist in collecting shuttlecocks efficiently on badminton courts. During training sessions and matches, shuttlecocks are often scattered across the court, requiring players to stop playing and manually collect them, which is time-consuming and may disrupt the flow of practice. This project aims to develop a mobile robotic system that can collect shuttlecocks automatically, reducing human effort and improving efficiency.

The robot is developed using a wheeled mechanical structure controlled by a microcontroller-based system. It is equipped with DC motors for movement, an ultrasonic sensor for obstacle detection, and a rotating collection mechanism that guides shuttlecocks into a storage compartment. The prototype was tested on a standard badminton court environment to evaluate its functionality and performance.

Experimental results show that the robot is capable of collecting shuttlecocks effectively with stable movement and satisfactory collection efficiency. The proposed design demonstrates a practical application of basic robotic principles in solving a real-world problem in sports facilities. With further improvements such as enhanced object detection and fully autonomous navigation, the Shuttlecock Collector Robot has strong potential for future development and practical use.
