This project focuses on the design and development of an eco-friendly  dustbin made from recycled cardboard. The main purpose of this study is to create a low-cost, hygienic, and sustainable alternative to conventional plastic dustbins. The method used involves constructing a cylindrical dustbin using corrugated cardboard and a simple pedal mechanism to open the lid . The expected result is a functional and lightweight dustbin that reduces plastic usage and promotes recycling awareness. In conclusion, this project demonstrates that waste materials such as cardboard can be reused effectively to create practical and environmentally friendly household items.
