THIS IS ABSTRACT
AgroMate+ is an AI and IoT-based smart agriculture monitoring application developed to help farmers monitor farm conditions in real time through sensors, cameras, and AI analysis. This project is an improvement of Plantix and PlantGuide by adding live monitoring, smart alerts, and logistics management into one system. AgroMate+ aims to improve farming efficiency, reduce crop losses, minimize resource wastage, and support sustainable agriculture in line with United Nations SDG 2: Zero Hunger.
