ABSTRACT

Human touch-modern technology combined for inclusive service excellence is instrumental for sustainability. The people with special needs should not be left out. Measuring the culture of service excellence for community-based rehabilitation is essential. But there is yet a valid and reliable measurement scale with AI for effective and efficient service management. AI-RehabServE System is a AI-powered information system with reliable and valid measurement tool for systematic evaluation and continuous improvement.  RehabServE has positive effect on the parents’/guardians’ satisfaction and personal health outcomes of the PwD. This unique innovation has been copyrighted and ready for commercialization.
