ABSTRACT

In today’s fast-changing world, maintaining a healthy lifestyle among students has become increasingly challenging due to poor dietary habits, lack of physical activity, and limited awareness of personal health. This project introduces DNA FIT, a personalized health and fitness application designed to guide students towards healthier living through an engaging and interactive digital platform. DNA FIT utilizes a simulated DNA-based concept combined with individual user information such as age, height, weight, activity level, and personal goals to generate customized meal plans and exercise routines. The application emphasizes safe and educational use by clearly indicating that the DNA feature is not based on real genetic testing but is designed to enhance learning and personalization. The application includes key features such as a Body Mass Index (BMI) calculator, daily water intake tracker, personalized 30-day meal and fitness plans, and a progress monitoring system. Additionally, an integrated AI Coach provides guidance using built-in logic tailored to each user’s profile, ensuring appropriate and meaningful recommendations. To increase user motivation, DNA FIT incorporates gamification elements such as reward points, achievement badges, and a virtual companion that evolves as users maintain consistent healthy habits. These features aim to make health management enjoyable while encouraging long-term behavioral change. In conclusion, DNA FIT offers an innovative and practical solution to improve student health by combining technology, personalization, and motivation. The application has strong potential to promote awareness, build healthy routines, and support students in achieving a balanced and active lifestyle.
