The Installment Plan Management System (IPMS) converts the manual, paper-based installment processes to a digital format. The system was built using a 3-tier MVC architecture. It automates the process of submitting and approving applications, supports payments in Ringgit (RM) currency, and allows for 6, 12, or 24 month flexible payment durations. As a result of IPMS replacing old-fashioned hardcopy processes with real-time digital workflows, it will be able to eliminate both administrative bottlenecks and human errors while also providing management with transparent insights into the process of recovering debt from the customer.
