ABSTRACT

The menstrual cycle involves complex hormonal and physiological changes that occur monthly. Despite experiencing it regularly, many women struggle to fully understand the associated physical and emotional fluctuations. These symptoms are often subtle or misattributed to factors such as stress, poor sleep, or diet. Additionally, a lack of comprehensive menstrual education contributes to limited awareness of how hormonal changes impact mood, energy, and physical well-being.This study examines the impact of LunaFlow, a menstrual health tracking tool, on improving users’ menstrual self-awareness and symptom management. LunaFlow enables users to track mood, physical symptoms, and cycle phases, while offering evidence-based tips to alleviate common discomforts throughout the cycle. Data were collected through a Google Form questionnaire administered to LunaFlow users. The findings reveal that 100% of respondents strongly agreed that LunaFlow helped them better understand their menstrual cycle, increased their awareness of physical and emotional changes, and provided practical guidance to manage and reduce symptoms effectively. These results suggest that LunaFlow is a valuable tool for enhancing menstrual health literacy and promoting self-care among users.
