The MYSense Bag is an innovative IoT-based smart schoolbag designed to address the growing health concerns of students carrying excessive weight. Modern students frequently exceed the World Health Organization (WHO) recommendation that schoolbags should weigh no more than 10–15% of a student's body weight, leading to back pain, stress, and poor posture.

To combat this, the MYSense Bag utilizes a load cell and HX711 sensor to monitor weight in real-time, providing instant feedback via an OLED display and alerting students and parents through LED/buzzer systems and Bluetooth/WiFi notifications when the load becomes unsafe. Built using the REKA Edukit microcontroller, the prototype also integrates advanced safety features including GPS tracking, RFID-controlled smart locks, and temperature/humidity sensors to monitor food and water safety.

Aligned with Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) regarding health, education, and innovation, the MYSense Bag serves as a "Smart Companion" that encourages healthy learning habits while offering significant market potential for parents and educational ministries.
