The INC - OKU Smart Vehicle Plate project aims to revolutionize the current flawed and often misused disabled (OKU) parking verification system. Traditional physical stickers are easily forged, stolen, or misused by able-bodied individuals, leading to a shortage of accessible parking for genuine users and challenging enforcement for authorities.

This innovative project proposes replacing outdated stickers with technology-enabled license plates specifically designed for OKU individuals. These smart plates are digitally linked to a centralized database synchronizing records from the Welfare Department (JKM) and the Road Transport Department (JPJ).

The key features include a secure, instantly verifiable identifier embedded within the plate (such as a unique code, holographic element, or digital transmitter) and optional smart display capabilities (like dynamic e-ink zones). This integration allows law enforcement and smart city parking systems to automatically authenticate genuine OKU status without requiring stops or physical inspections. By utilizing smart technology to ensure dignity and secure access, the INC-OKU Smart Vehicle Plate creates a significantly fairer, more efficient, and inclusive urban ecosystem.
