In response, we developed the EcoBreeze: Bamboo Charcoal Air Purifier to provide a sustainable and low-cost solution for improving indoor air quality. The product uses bamboo charcoal as a natural filtering material to absorb harmful pollutants such as ammonia, benzene, formaldehyde, and unpleasant odors. To improve practicality and sustainability, the purifier is equipped with a rechargeable battery system and a durable PVC casing, allowing it to operate efficiently with minimal energy use.
The effectiveness of the EcoBreeze purifier was tested using an air quality monitor, which showed a noticeable reduction in indoor air pollutants after filtration. The porous structure of bamboo charcoal increases its ability to trap harmful gases and airborne particles effectively. The project also promotes environmental awareness by encouraging the use of natural and recycled materials in modern innovations. Overall, EcoBreeze demonstrates strong potential as an eco-friendly and energy-efficient solution for cleaner and healthier indoor air.
