The results revealed the presence of major bioactive compounds, including gingerol, shogaol, citral, and pandanone, as well as significant levels of flavonoids and phenolic compounds contributed primarily by soursop leaves. In vitro tests demonstrated strong antioxidant activity anti-inflammatory properties that reduced inflammatory markers, and antimicrobial activity against various strains of bacteria and fungi. This innovation focuses on producing the product in a convenient tea bag format using dried ingredients to ensure ease of use and nutrient stability.
