This project responds to the rapid growth of online education and students' reliance on digital tools for learning. It proposes using a no code platform to enable English teachers to design and publish interactive learning applications for English as Second Language learners at university level. These apps can integrate contents, quizzes, and offline access to support continuous learning beyond the classroom. By shifting from traditional methods to student centered learning, this project offers flexible and cost effective ways for institutions to modernise English language teaching and better match current students expectations.
