UBIRASA is a natural seasoning powder made from tapioca leaves to promote healthier and more sustainable food choices. This project was created because many commercial seasonings contain artificial ingredients and high sodium, while tapioca leaves are often underutilized. The leaves are washed, boiled, dried, and blended into fine powder before natural flavors such as garlic and lemongrass are added. UBIRASA can be used in various foods such as fried rice, noodles, soup, and snacks. This innovation supports SDG 3 and SDG 12 by encouraging good health and responsible consumption. UBIRASA also promotes local food innovation, environmental awareness, and sustainable use of natural resources.
